This extensive refurbishment of  a stone farmhouse included a new ground floor wet room.

Reclaimed stable pavers were laid to fall to drain into a floor gulley via salvaged clay channels.

After being waterproofed, the walls were lined with galvanised roofing sheets and charred timber tile lath to create an industrial aesthetic.
